Ballet Boot Camp is a fitness-based dance workout that will kick your booty in gear! Clients will do barre elements from SPICE Barre and Classical Ballet, Pilates core (and more) work, and move in ballet-based beginner level sequences in the center and across the floor. An equal focus on fitness health and dance artistry will be utilized in order to develop a well rounded experience. Barre socks are mandatory. Ballet shoes are not necessary or required.

Cost: $45 – Includes all levels outdoor barre class, brunch buffet and a mimosa.

Brunch Buffet Menu:

Fresh Fruit and Cheese
Baked Assorted Scones 

There will also be a Mimosa and Bloody Mary station for drink purchase.

A portion of the proceeds will go to local breast cancer groups.

Join fitness instructors and health coaches Hallie Stephenson and Kelley Sidorowicz on Saturday November 2nd for a fall inspired wellness retreat in the heart of Southern Maryland. The day will begin with a hike at St. Mary’s River Park. Along the way we, we will hike, meditate, stretch and get to know each other. At the half way point there will be a pit stop for a snack (energy balls and fresh juice) with Real Food Studio food truck.

After our hike we will all head back to the studio to drop off everyone’s belongings and head onto Quality Street Kitchen. At Quality Street everyone will participate in a homemade Tomato Soup and Artisan Grilled Cheese inspired demo. After cooking and eating lunch we will head back to the studio for a  Workshop. Once the workshop is complete we’ll create lots of hype with a Hip Hop Yoga class, manifesting all the goodness of the day.

Then lastly we cap off the day off with spirits (wine), community and conversation. Everyone will also receive some SPICE Live Well swag to top off the day of self love.


Draft Itinerary:

8:45-9:00 Check-In at St Mary’s River Park

9-11 Hike/Picnic/Walking Meditation

11-11:30- Transition back to the studio.

11:45-12:45- Lunch/Soup Cooking Demo

12:45-1- Transition back to SPICE

1-1:45- Workshop

2-3- Hip Hop Yoga

3-3:30 Closing and Spirits


The day will begin at 8:45am with registration at St Mary’s River Park.
