Ballet Boot Camp is a fitness-based dance workout that will kick your booty in gear! Clients will do barre elements from SPICE Barre and Classical Ballet, Pilates core (and more) work, and move in ballet-based beginner level sequences in the center and across the floor. An equal focus on fitness health and dance artistry will be utilized in order to develop a well rounded experience. Barre socks are mandatory. Ballet shoes are not necessary or required.
