Virtual SPICE

We know you can’t always get to the studio for classes,

so now you can add a little SPICE in your home!

 Always consult with your physician before beginning a home workout regimen. Please inform your instructor of any injuries, or if you are pregnant in order for them to provide proper modifications to exercises.

Here are your first steps:


1. Register for class on Mindbody via the website or the Mindbody app on your phone (download app here).

2. New to the studio? Email us to introduce yourself:  Please let us know in advance if you are working with any injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or have special personal requests (ex. additional cardio, extra abs, legs, etc.) We really enjoy getting to know our virtual clients! 

 Get ready for class:

  • Open the zoom platform and click join a meeting.
  • Read the class description on the scheduling page which has a zoom meeting code in it. Copy it.
  • Join five minutes (no earlier, because other classes may be in session) prior to the start of class by pasting/entering the code. 

 Tips to help with your connection:

  • Please close all the other browsers on your computer…facebook, itunes, internet, etc. Please keep your computer plugged into a power source; the connection is much better.
  • Use a laptop or ipad
  • When you first login, mute your house so we don’t hear static noise. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask. 
  • If your connection is unstable, please check for zoom updates.

Minimum of 3 clients to hold a virtual class.  Need to know by 9:00PM for morning classes and 2:00PM for evening classes.

Megs will make you burn from home just as much as she does in the studio! Virtual options are perfect for weekdays when I can’t make it to the studio for classes.
